Richard Webb writes: I had the "on'on" at my place the day after Robbie Burns Day. A big charity event is held each year on RBD, and pipers are imported from Scotland (thanks Haimish...). Before flying back home, the Pipers performed at my house. The only thing worse than Pipers are Pipers at close range and in closed quarters.
