Richard Webb writes: Hamish was one of the guiding lights of the Kazakhstan Hash. He worked for a tobacco company and got all sorts of corporate sponsorship which translated into all sorts of free tshirts, vests, etc. He came from a Scottish family, but was actually born in Australia and educated in England. He moved to Switzerland while I was still in Almaty. Special occasions are celebrated with drinks from the bedpan. This picture was taken on a Hash ski weekend in Kazakhstan in February 2001.
