I am a harriette from the MoscowHHH, and a friend of mine(who will be a harrier…he just doesn't know it yet!!!) will be coming to Almaty next week. He will arrive Monday, 15 August and leave Friday, 19 August. Because he's Tajik, he must go to the US Embassy there in Almaty to get a USA visa. (The US embassy in Moscow is less than helpful….). Maybe you can drag him along on a hash, and he does like beer!
